Africans convert to Islam in UK jail's at a massive rate? Whats going on...?

There is a real problem of street gangs being co-coordinated by gang cells in prison. Firstly all the gangs are grouped together in jail this creates gang hotspots in certain jails. secondly they have access to mobile phones so are able to organise street activity form jail cells. Thirdly some  use Islam to ease their jail pain and as a cover for criminal activities.
